8 steps to make the aluminum & MDF box, we pay attention to every step.
1. Create a design
You can send us your design or advise us of your request, then we can help to make the design and confirm it.
2. Select the material
We should consider the box size, the max. loading weight of the box and also the level of box durability.
3. Cut the sheets
Use specialized cutting tools to cut the aluminum frames & MDF sheets to the proper size and shape to fit box making.
4. Form the sheets

The various parts of the box(hinges, latches, and handles) are then assembled together using specialized assembling tools.
6. Finish & cleaning
The box is then finished by smoothing out any rough edges and applying any necessary surface treatments.
7. Quality control
The finished box is checked for appearance and function, and durability to make sure that it meets the requests.
8. Package
Once the box is packed well, we’ll make the drop test before it’s shipped to the customers. The transportation should be safe.
